Red Squirrels

I was so lucky a couple of weekends ago to come pretty close to some red squirrels on the Isle of Wight!  These little cuties were spotted from a hide near Sandown - I watched them on the feeders and then suddenly an absolutely spine tingling moment as they pattered across the roof of the hide and into the hide to get some carrot (which they love!).  I had my camera poised, and here a few of my photos.  They were very very quick so some are slightly blurry.   What a great day that was!
